What shipping options are available?

UK - All orders over £20 are delivered for free - £20 or under are £3.60

UK - all orders under £100 are delivered via the Royal Mail-First Class, Evri or DPD

UK - all order over £100 are delivered via DPD or DHL courier

International - Orders are dispatched via DHL or similar courier subject to region & location and current standard shipping fee is £27.00 - If you would like an express delivery please email us for a bespoke quote on enquiries@shifaromas.com

How long each shipping method will typically take

UK & International - Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 days of being placed as each product is freshly made in our family workshop

Refunds & Cancellations

Delivery is quick so very good if buying for a gift

The site is very easy to use and delivery is quick so very good if buying for a gift, My favourite is still midnight rose but I am trying some of other scents on offer and I have not been disappointed with any so far. Its even better when they are on offer. I think all the products are excellent quality. It is obvious the owners of the company take a great deal of pride in their products.

Birthday Gift to go...

Birthday gift go to, I love these products, last amazingly long time. This is the 2nd gift set I have purchased, each recipient absolutely loved their gift, beautifully wrapped, products 1st class. I bought a candle at a local xmas fair a couple of years ago, a treat for my self, everyone comments of the fragrance, not over powering, just wafts pleasantly through rooms.
